@Anonymous: if you are running as administrator under Windows 7 (or even Windows Vista for that matter) and you are trying to run a program which requires elevation, you will be prompted about the need for elevation but you won't be required to enter your password just to click "Accept" or "Cancel" (or something like that). Password entry is only needed if the current user doesn't have administrative privileges.

I want something that can elevate administrative privilege (in windows 7)without asking password. Here logged in user is belong to administrators group.

If you mean the different ways to elevate privileges, I would say yes (although I didn’t test it personally), since they are documented by Microsoft.
