I don't think you're allowed to use an IDE for Perl. Isn't it mandatory to use either emacs or vi(m) and sneer condescendingly at anyone who uses the other?
IDEs are for Python coders 🙂
Well, vim and emacs are options, and VIM is winning currently :-p
